Calton Hill... Again.

So Josh, our new flatmate moved in yesterday.  We ate dinner together and Erin and I made a lemon bar dessert, then we played some Catan, although right off the bat, Kurt and I butted heads.  He won, much to my dismay. Rematch soon to follow.
Josh was a Regent mate of Kurt's and he's doing a PhD in the book of John at Edinburgh Uni starting in February I think.
Anyway today, Kurt, Josh and I walked the Royal Mile and Kurt gave us the exclusive tour of inside the Uni thanks to his student pass.  It very much resembles like a Harry Potter dining hall in their lunchroom which was beautiful.  We hiked up Calton Hill again so I played around with Kurt and Erin's SLR camera, which I might just adopt as my own, and took what I think some cool pictures. They're nothing new but thought I'd share.

Love

"The Winds" during the winter ripped this tree right in half.

Uniform buildings.

Walking towards Calton

Upwards we go

Dense dead trees obstructing the view downtown

Atop the hill!

On the side of the hill

You can see how windy it was by how much the grass has moved in this picture.

Landscape, my favourite.

Looking over to the Crags.

See the water?

Just... so much space.

Almost the same picture but slightly different.

Looking at Old Town

I thought the trees looked like veins against the sky, or bronchioles
